Finding a good baseline is the start of a good foundation, especially when it comes to health. Saturday found the Bruce Hoffman Golden Dome at Sheridan College filled with hundreds taking in the learning and screening booths at the Sheridan County Health Fair.
Sheridan Memorial Hospital spokesperson Cecile Pattison says the health fair is a great place to start for health care.
The health fair has been going on for over 20 years, and this year over 3,000 people had their blood drawn. Many of those brought their results to the health fair to have them interpreted. Pattison tells us what booths were popular this year.
This year there were over 40 informational booths at the health fair providing health and wellness information.
