The fall weather has been pretty warm so far this year. But in Wyoming there’s no telling how long that will last. Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Bighorns will try to take advantage of any nice weather this fall to finish two projects they have underway. Every Friday and Saturday in October will be community build days on the homes. Local Executive Director Jessica Lindsley explains the rush.
This weekend the organization is holding their first annual Wolf Creek Wrangle at Eaton’s Guest Ranch. What exactly is a “wrangle?”
Registration for the run or hike starts at 8AM and the races begin at 9AM on Saturday. All proceeds go to toward construction costs for Habitat homes. They are limiting the number of entries to 100 and there are very few spots left. Those interested in participating should visit Bighorn Mountain Sports in downtown Sheridan.
