Saturday night over 200 people filled the 3rd story floor of the Old Press Building on Main Street in Sheridan to support a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Big Horns.
Habitat for Humanity builds three to four homes and helps repair fifteen to twenty low income family's homes each year and the money raised will be used to help defray those construction costs.
Habitat Director, Jessica Lindsley says it's not all about money; there's a lot of community support that goes into building a home.
Habitat for Humanity is making a difference in Sheridan as board president Rick Thompson tells us.
There's a lot of hard work that goes into building a home, but it's hard work built with heart, as Lindsley explains.
The evening included dinner prepared by Chef Mike Ferrante and music by Karen Clift, Dave Munsick and Friends, the Craft Brothers and the Teka Brock Band.
