Over 1000 people attended the Yellowstone Gun and Knife Show held this past weekend at the Sheridan Holiday Inn. Every kind and caliber of gun plus all shapes and sizes of knives were on display with all the accessories.
This was the first time for this show to come to Sheridan and organizer John Corn, tells us what makes his show different from any other gun show that has passed through town.
Now, that might be worth the $5 ticket to get in. Gun shows are for the small business owners whose livelihood is selling guns.
And who goes to gun shows?
Corn offered some pointers for those looking for a gun for protection.
The Yellowstone Gun and Knife Show will be coming to Sheridan twice a year and has 35 shows across Wyoming and South and North Dakota each year. Hopes are to include a firearms proficiency class at upcoming shows.
