It was a full house Saturday night as over 300 people took part in the annual Sheridan County Chapter of Ducks Unlimited banquet held at the Holiday Inn.
Ducks Unlimited is the world’s leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation with a mission to conserve, restore, and manage wetlands and habitats for North America’s waterfowl. Area chairman for Ducks Unlimited Jim Allender notes the importance of our wetlands.
It was a full night of fundraising and Allender tells us what the folks attending could participate in.
A fundraiser for both duck hunters and conservationists alike, the annual banquet has been held since 1965.
