Wyoming Governor Dave Freudenthal was in Sheridan Tuesday, where he attended several events throughout the day and evening. The Governor took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to stop by the Sheridan Media studios to discuss, among other things, a few objectives that were met during his time as Governor.
It has been well chronicled over the years the somewhat rocky relationship Freudenthal has had with the State Legislature.
Freudenthal said that he was pleased with the fact that during his tenure, there was a 40% increase in teacher salaries throughout the State.
Join us later, as we will continue our series with Governor Freudenthal, by taking a look at some of the reasons why Wyoming has fared much better than most of the Country when dealing with the recession.
