Wyoming Governor Matt Mead spoke to members of the state Senate and House of Representatives at the close of this year's legislative session. Overall, Governor Mead thanked legislators for their hard work and for tackling some tough issues.
In his speech, Mead drew a stark contrast between the Wyoming legislature and Congress, with it's current gridlock over a slew of automatic cuts set to go into effect Friday if a decision is not made, for example.
Mead closed by saying that despite the disagreements some may have had, they should return home feeling proud that they were able to make the decisions he says Congress has such a hard time making
