Former Buffalo city councilman, Justin Gerard, has postponed his day in Campbell County Circuit Court and filed a continuance for the second time.
Gerard was arrested April 17 for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and later, a petition signed by 151 citizens of Buffalo convinced him to resign from his seat on the city council. Gerard faces up to $10,000 in fines and 10 years in prison on the felony charges.
