The Jim Gatchell Museum in Buffalo hosted its Grand Re-Opening this past Saturday, celebrating with a newly-redesigned bookstore and a new exhibit entitled “Untrammeled: 50 Years of the Wilderness Act Through the Viewfinder.”
John Gavin, Director of the museum, said they had a great turnout for the re-opening.
The museum closed this last winter to allow the renovation of the book store. Now that the project is completed, the museum will remain open year-round.
The museum's summer hours will be Monday through Saturday from 9 to 6 and 12 to 6 on Sundays.
