Now that the 2011 spring turkey season has been open for hunters a little over two weeks now, the Game and Fish has this reminder for hunters before heading out to bag their bird.

Turkey season for Hunt Areas 3, 5 and 7 in Sheridan, Johnson and Campbell Counties opened April 1st, while Area 1 in Crook and northern Weston Counties that has more public land available to hunters opened Saturday, April 9th.
