At a news conference in Casper Tuesday, Wyoming Governor Dave Freudenthal endorsed candidate Mike Massie for State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
Freudenthal says that he's more than comfortable that Massie can handle the day to day operations that the position requires.
Massie is running against Republican Candidate Cindy Hill in the General Election on November 2nd.
