On Saturday, members of Sheridan's Cloud Peak CrossFit competed in the CrossFit Affiliate Cup in Casper – and they came out champions. Seth Larson, who owns Cloud Peak Crossfit with his wife Michelle, explains.
But for Larson, this year turned out different.
During the competition, Sheridan's team of CrossFitters had some extreme challenges. And Larson says the six team members had an excellent showing.
