Besides being tasty, fish are high in protein, low in fat, and may be good for your heart and brain. Though there are many health benefits to eating fish, there can be some drawbacks to eating too much.
As you pull out your fishing poles this spring, Wyoming Department of Health Representative, Timothy Ryan, encourages state residents to be mindful about mercury levels in fish they eat, including those caught in state
waters.
