Petition Circulating to Reduce Number of Commissioners

Sheridan resident Anne Collins is collecting signatures for a petition to reduce the number of Sheridan County Commissioners from the current five, back to three. In 2006, Sheridan County residents voted to increase the number of commissioners from three to five.

Missing Snowmobilers in the Bighorns Found Alive and Well

Two snowmobilers that were reported lost in the Bighorn Mountains early Thursday morning have been found. According to North Big Horn County Search and Rescue, the two male individuals, ages 48 and 50 were located last night, and aside from being cold and tired, were doing very well.
