The repaving project on South Thurmond in Sheridan is nearly complete, but has taken a little longer than expected, according to a public announcement made by the city of Sheridan.

A wildfire in the Bighorn National Forest reported Sunday around 4 in the afternoon was still burning when the sun went down, according to a news release from the U.S. Forest Service.

JCHC Building Project 'Going Well'

The new adult care center at the Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo.

At their regular meeting last week, the Board of Trustees for the Johnson County Healthcare Center heard an update on the progress of the 2018 building project, which will replace the aging Amie Holt Care Center with a new adult care center.
