With temperatures hovering near 90, that didn't discourage the crowds that showed up for the second of the 3rd Thursdays held in downtown Sheridan. A welcome addition, the Sheridan Farmer's Market moved from Whitney Commons to the block that runs from Grinnell Plaza to Broadway.

Fresh bread, honey, jams, quilts, you name it, anything homemade was there. Gregory says there are rules to be able to sell your products at the market. It's the 3 “h's.”
Christy Lohof has been part of the farmer's market for three years, taking orders for her grass-fed beef. She says the move to downtown is good for business.
Jackie McKenzie was there checking out the different products on hand. She can't wait until harvest time draws closer.
Word has it that sweet corn and cherries will be available next Thursday.
