First People's Pow Wow on Grinnell

Once the parade was over on Friday, hundreds gathered on Grinnell Plaza to watch the First People's Pow Wow. Even though bleachers were set up, it was standing room only, making it difficult to see the Crow Indian dancers, but that didn't discourage those there like Marge Oedekoven.

All part of the celebration of the Sheridan WYO Rodeo, Robert Old Horn gives us some background.

They also dance to honor individuals who have achieved much; it's about celebration.

Diane Redman, yes, there is some heritage there, says she was impressed with the turnout.

Old Horn explains what dancing means to him.

Perhaps we should all dance.
