It was the first of its kind held Saturday at Sheridan College in the Whitney Presentation Hall. The Wellness Council of Sheridan County held a day-long Wellness Festival with activities and information on the eight dimensions of wellness.

There was a steady flow of participants taking in the exhibits and attending the breakout sessions which included budgeting, mindful meditation, nutrition and rest.
The Wellness Council strives to look at the different dimensions of health from a holistic approach.
The event was free and open to the public and included activities for the kids.
