24-year-old Jamison Finley of Sheridan made his Initial Appearance in Sheridan County Circuit Court Tuesday afternoon.
Yesterday morning, we had broken the news that Finley had been arrested Monday evening for his alleged involvement in a handgun incident on Highway 14 East.
His partner in the alleged crime, 18-year-old Riley Larkins, was arrested Tuesday afternoon after law enforcement issued an Attempt to Locate alert to media outlets in Sheridan County.
In Circuit Court, Judge John Sampson told Finley he was being charged on two Felony counts of Aggravated Assault for attempting to cause bodily injury with a weapon to two individuals, Terrance McDougal and Derek Berrettini.
Sheridan County Attorney Matt Redle told Judge Sampson that Finley posed a flight risk, and that he was also a danger to himself for having recently been hospitalized after attempting to take his own life.
Judge Sampson set a cash-only bond of $50,000.
The two charges each carry a possible sentence of 10 years in prison, a fine of $10,000 or both.
