The Natural Resources Conservation Service released their final snow pack report of the year this week. District Conservationist Jerry Forster says things appear to be on average and that the weather will play a big role in how fast the runoff comes off the mountain. Forster said that it usually will take about two months before all of the runoff reaches the nearby streams.
