Thursday was the beginning of the candidate filing period for the upcoming election this fall. Sheridan County Election Supervisor Brenda Miech says that things were pretty busy during the morning on Thursday.
Other filings from Thursday include Nickie Arney for Clerk of District Court, Dayton Mayor Bob Wood and Sheridan City Councilman John Heath. The deadline for candidates to file is Friday May 28th. You can click here for the latest filings.
