CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Federal authorities have charged two men in connection with the death of a 13-year-old girl whose body was found on the Wind River Indian Reservation earlier this month. U.S. Attorney Christopher A. Crofts said in a news release Friday that 19-year-old Kyeren Tillman, of Arapahoe, has been charged with sexual abuse of a minor.

Crofts also said that 21-year-old Robert Spoonhunter, also of Arapahoe, has been charged with assault resulting in serious bodily injury. Crofts says the investigation into the girl's death continues. The girl's body was found April 7. The U.S. Attorney's office news release provided no other information about the two men.

What is this world coming to?

That poor child, sexual abuse and now she's gone.
I remember when I was 13 and I wandered all over town, the only rule was be home before dark and check in once in awhile.
Now I dont even let my children go a few blocks away on their own.
