Search and Rescue crews in Utah and Wyoming continue to look for a single engine aircraft that went missing earlier this week en route to Gillette. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter spoke with the aunt of the two passengers that were on the aircraft.

The Bakersfield Californian reports the plane took off from Shafter's Minter Field in Bakersfield, California Sunday and disappeared after a refueling stop in Fillmore, Utah on its way to Gillette. Lori Koch, who's the aunt of 9-year-old Shyann Lenz and 34-year-old Trista Meyer, the plane's two passengers, has this request of landowners around the region.

According to the Associated Press, four planes helped search for the missing plane around Fillmore on Tuesday. A ground search was also conducted in the area. The search was extended into Wyoming on Wednesday. The pilot of the missing aircraft has been identified as 37-year-old Matthew Ahrens.
