Wyoming senator, Mike Enzi, took the floor last week to make augments in favor of the Marketplace Fairness Act. According to a media release from the senator's office, the bill will enable the state to collect sales taxes on out-of-state, catalog and online sales. Enzi's media release said the bipartisan bill, if approved, could provide $23 billion in local fiscal relief.
