United States Senator Mike Enzi, (R), made a stop in Sheridan Saturday, hosting one of his across the state, “Listening Sessions.” Notebook in hand, Enzi wasn't there to give a speech, but rather to listen, collecting the common sense and concerns from Wyoming and taking them back to Washington.
Over 50 people showed up to express their thoughts and raise the issues they thought were important as Enzi sat by taking notes. Some even took advantage and used the opportunity as a bandwagon to share their, sometimes passionate, opinions.
Enzi said one thing he hears over and over again, is why can't Congress compromise.
Richard Fink was there and is worried about our government.
Other topics brought up were less government, immigration reform, gun control, the economy, obesity in America, and sage grouse concerns.
