The Elks Lodge #520 in Sheridan announced their annual Citizen of The Year award at their regular lodge meeting this week. Past Exalted Ruler Walter Wilson explains who received this year's honor.
Wilson said that he and his fellow lodge members are very grateful for having someone like Kim in the community, and were pleased to award him as Citizen of The Year.
