The Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority Joint Powers Board recently put out a request for qualifications for brokers to market property they own. SEEDA has contracted with E-R-A Carroll Realty after receiving proposals from four different brokers. SEEDA Board Chairman John Heath says that E-R-A has developed a website that lists the property for sale as well as information about the Sheridan area, in hopes of generating leads from businesses looking to relocate to Sheridan.
Heath stated that the deciding factor for choosing E-R-A was the marketing strategy that they put together. SEEDA owns lots in the Hi-Tech Business Park and Sheridan Commercial Park.
