The Wyoming Main Street program is part of the Downtown Sheridan Association's Master Plan.

Downtown Sheridan Association Executive Director Stacie Coe and her assistant Bonnie Gregory traveled to Cheyenne last week to attend the quarterly meeting of Main Street Managers from around the state. While there, Coe, who serves as Sheridan's Main Street Manager, received some exciting news.

The award came with a certificate, which was signed by all of the legislators in both houses.

Coe has been very active in the DSA since coming on board a little over a year ago. In fact, it was Coe who alerted Sheridan Travel & Tourism Director Penny Becker and Edre Maier about the application information to submit to the National Trust for Historic Preservation Distinctive Destination Award.

Established in 1985, the DSA has worked tirelessly to improve both the economy and the look of Sheridan's downtown.
