The driver of the truck that crashed into a power pole earlier in the week, knocking out electricity to much of the town of Buffalo, is facing charges.
Buffalo Police Chief Jason Carder explains what happened and what charges the driver faces.
The name of the driver is being withheld at this time.
As we reported, some 3,700 Rocky Mountain Power customers lost power Tuesday morning, just before 4, when the line went down on East Hart Street.
Power was restored to most customers within the hour, but a handful of customers near the scene were without power most of the day.
