The Sheridan City Council will soon be considering a development regulations ordinance as well as design guidelines for commercial and multi-family site design in the City. Planning Director Robert Briggs says that there are three key areas that are addressed by the regulations ordinance and design guidelines.
Briggs said that they've also tried to be more realistic in terms of what the requirements are, and the economic impact that they would have on the property owners and the different types of uses, whether they be industrial, light industrial or commercial.
The development regulations ordinance will require three readings by the Sheridan City Council before it takes effect.
