The Sheridan City Council unanimously approved the third and final reading of ordinance #2124 Monday night. The ordinance amends City code pertaining to building and site design standards to make the development process more administrative. City of Sheridan Planning Director Robert Briggs.
Local Developer Ron Patterson offered input to staff while the ordinance was being crafted.
Patterson added that it will take about a year to work through some of the new wrinkles in the ordinance, in particular, for some of the new developers that are looking to build in the City.
