The City of Sheridan Planning Commission gave their approval to landscaping and building design plans for a new McDonald's at 2590 North Main Street in Sheridan. The new building will replace the current McDonald's at that location. City of Sheridan Planning Director Robert Briggs says the new building will look a lot like another McDonald's in Sheridan.

The Planning Commission also approved the subdivision of lot 3 of the Brundage Corner Subdivision into two lots. The 1.54 acres are being subdivided for commercial development. As part of the subdivision of property, the Parkway Motel will be demolished for the future , yet unannounced development. The request to subdivide the property was from T&C LLC.
