The Sheridan College CTEL was the site Tuesday evening for the first of two candidate forums hosted by the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Committee. The highlight of the evening was the City of Sheridan Mayoral debate between Dave Kinskey and Steve Brantz. During closing remarks Brantz said that the taxpayers deserve the bulk of the credit for what Sheridan is today.

Mayor Kinskey closed by saying that creating jobs and preserving the quality of life will continue to be his priorities.

Aside from the mayoral debate, the only other race that had more than one candidate on hand for the forum was the race for Sheridan City Council Ward 3 between Thayer Shafer and Levi Dominguez. We'll have more on that race for you later.
