The Art Badget Pool in Dayton is seeking an assistant manager for the upcoming season.
Pool Manager Erin Kilbride explains some of the qualifications that the assistant manager requires.
Kilbride says that good interaction with children is a must, as the position will also require teaching swimming lessons throughout the summer.
