Cheyenne-native and member of the U.S. House of Representatives Cynthia Lummis has retained the seat she has held since January 2009.
Sheridan Media's Chris Foy spoke with Lummis on election night after the unofficial results came in and asked her how she feels knowing she has the privilege of representing our state once again in Wyoming's at-large congressional district.
Lummis said the state will be facing some serious challenges with President Barack Obama continuing onto his second term in office.
But how do we as a state navigate the federal regulations and continue our growth as a state? Lummis said she has experience with the issue and has some new ideas moving forward.
And finally, Lummis was asked what makes Wyoming special.
Growing up, Lummis was an active member of the 4-H Club in Cheyenne and raised Hereford cattle she showed annually at the Laramie County Fair.
