Wyoming's U.S. Representative Cynthia Lummis was in Sheridan this weekend. Between her other commitments, she came by for an interview at Sheridan Media and discussed tax cuts, the tea party, and the U.S. involvement in Afghanistan, among other issues.

Lummis is running against democrat David Wendt and libertarian John Love in the November elections. Lummis has served as Wyoming's Representative in the U.S. Congress since 2008.
