As many as 34 Wyoming cultural and heritage projects and sponsoring organizations will benefit from more than $512,000 in grant awards from the Wyoming cultural trust fund.
The grant awards, approved by the five-member Cultural
Trust Fund board at a recent meeting in Cheyenne, came from 58 total applications representing 23 communities in 16 counties.
According to Administrator Renee Bovee, the requests totaled more than $1.3 million, with requests capped at a maximum of $50,000.
