Sheridan County Residents who are worried about flash floods or are struggling to deal with last night's precipitation can pick up sandbags and sand at the road and bridge shop. Sheridan County Public Works Director, Rod Liesinger.
Residents can come and fill the bags as they are needed. The road and bridge shop is located at 48 Short Road, also known as County Road 94, which is off of Big Horn Avenue past the Wyoming Girls' School. Liesinger says providing sand and bags is just one way the county government is striving to serve Sheridan County residents.
Anyone who plans to take the county up on the offer or who has questions can contact Public Works at 674-2920.
