Sheridan County will hold an informational public workshop on septic system management in Story Tuesday. County Public Works Director Rod Liesinger explains what prompted the County to hold the meeting.
Lieisinger says that along with going over the proposed changes to septic system regulations in the Story area, they will also touch on a number of other things as well.
One of the reasons that the County is looking to adopt new regulations regarding new and replacement septic systems, is that the lot density in Story is high and most systems are unpermitted and of unknown integrity. The Septic system workshop will be Tuesday February 8th, at 6 pm at the Story Women's Club.
