Johnson County's Commissioners are scheduled to discuss a request for a letter from the county to Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) on zoning for a gravel pit for Roduner Rock, LLC.
That discussion is set for 9:05 am during their regular meeting Tuesday.
Also on the agenda is an update on Lake DeSmet, now that the Wyoming Game and Fish Department has signed the 99-year lease for water rights in the lake.
The commissioners will deal with a resignation and appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
County Emergency Management Coordinator Marilyn Connolly and Marcie Schuler will discuss the public information officer for the county.
They will address the commissioner's chamber's sound system.
Two executive sessions are scheduled.
The first is at 10:30am to discuss personnel matters and the other is set for 11am to discuss potential litigation.
The meeting is scheduled for 9am upstairs in the Commissioners' Chambers at the historic courthouse on Main Street.
