To try and curb an ongoing problem with individuals violating County regulations, the Sheridan County Commissioners this week approved the addition of an inspection fee to the County's Land Use Fees. County Public Works Director Rod Liesinger.
Rod explains how the implementation of the inspection fee will benefit the County.
Liesinger said that the amount of the inspection fee would be equal to the actual permit fee. Action taken by the County Commissioners last year directs the Public Works Department to annually review the land use fees and provide recommendations for adjustment of the fees to the Board no later than the 1st Monday of May each year.
