Johnson County's Commissioners approved a routine draw-down of funds from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention program (or OJJDP) grant for operational funds.
County Attorney Ken DeCock also brought the latest grant application to the commissioners for their approval and signatures. The application is for 2012 funding because the program's paperwork processing is that far behind.
The county has been operating under 2011 funding.
The commissioners approved Chair Delbert Eitel to sign the application.
And the commissioners approved Eitel to sign the Drug Court Agreement Contract.
The agreement is between the county and and the State Of Wyoming for funding from the state to provide those services.
The county will receive just over $80,000 to run the drug court.
