A noon work session held by the Sheridan City Council Wednesday centered around some of the big projects that took place in 2011, and some of the upcoming projects slated for 2012. City Engineer Lane Thompson says that it's shaping up to be a big year project wise for the City.
Thompson said that the projects will be funded a number of different ways including funds from the capital facilities tax, optional one cent tax, along with various grants and principal forgiveness loans.
