Council to Hear From College President Regarding Bond Issue

The Sheridan City Council this evening will consider the Sheridan Links Planned Unite Development on 3rd and final reading. The PUD will subdivide just over 57 acres at the site of the former Sheridan Country Club into 12 lots, 20 tracts, and 6 out-lots. The Council will also be considering an ordinance to annex that property into the City of Sheridan.

The Sheridan Links PUD is also under new business, as the approval of the final plat is on the agenda. Sheridan College President Dr. Paul Young will make a presentation to the Council in regards to the $15.8 million bond issue that will come before voters this August that would allow for a new Tech Center at the College. Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey.

Also on tonight's agenda is the Cloud Peak Ranch 16 rezone, which is a request to rezone 2.2 acres from an R-1 Residential District to an R-3 Residential District. The Sheridan City Council meeting will begin at 7 o'clock this evening on the third floor of City Hall in Council Chambers.
