At their upcoming meeting next Monday, the Sheridan City Council will be considering approval of a donation of five acres of land in the Wrench Ranch Hills Subdivision. The land is being donated by Neltje and Butch Jellis. Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey.
The donation will add five acres to the 38 acres that were originally acquired in an infrastructure swap with Neltje and Butch several years ago when the subdivision first came into existence. At that time, Neltje and Butch’s contract stated that they would install pathways and a bridge in the subdivision area within five years. However, with this donation of land, they have been released from that commitment and the city will continue to create pathways in the area for public use
The five acres of land will adjoin the Hi-Tech Business Park in north Sheridan and is valued at between $653,4000 and $871,200.
