Council to Consider East 5th Plan and Match Funding Request Tonight

The Sheridan City Council will consider the East 5th Street Corridor plan resolution this evening that coordinates local needs with the community's utilization of East 5th as a major transportation corridor. City Council President John Heath.

The Council will also be considering a match funding request from Sheridan College for the new Jobs, Education and Technology program, that will allow for the addition of four full-time teachers in such high demand areas as Machine Tool Technology, Diesel Technology, Welding Technology, Agriculture and Horticulture.

The Sheridan City Council meeting will get underway at 7 o'clock this evening and will take place on the third floor of City Hall in Council Chambers. The meeting can also be heard on AM 1410 KWYO.
