The Sheridan City Council Monday night approved the sale of three lots of the Sheridan Commercial Park subdivison and 5 acres of land adjacent to the the High-Tech Business Park in North Sheridan to the Sheridan Economic and Education Development Authority. City of Sheridan Planning Director Robert Briggs explains the benefits of the agreement.
The Council also approved an application for a restaurant liquor license from Las Delicias LLC and tabled a bar and grill license request from the Phoenix Restaurant Group LLC.
