Council Adopts Railroad District Plan

Since 2004 when the Sheridan Railroad Historic District was formed, 11 of the historic buildings within the district have been demolished. A Master Plan for the district was put together and approved by the Sheridan City Council Monday that will help ensure the integrity of the area. Liaison for property owners in the district, Edre Maier, says that the plan opens the door for potential opportunities in the area.
