The Johnson County Commission will hold a public work session Tuesday in the commission office at the Johnson County Courthouse. Sheridan Media News Director for Johnson County, Aaron Palmer, has more.
According to Commissioner Smokey Wildeman, Groathouse Construction wants to discuss the courtrooms and offices at the new criminal justice center, now under construction, but more information was not available.
Wildeman explains what the contractor wants at the meeting.
The commissioners are not sure exactly what the meeting will be about, Wildeman said, but will find out at the meeting, scheduled to begin at 10 am.
Groathouse requested the meeting, but the commissioners wanted there to be a public discussion regarding whatever was to be discussed, he said.
