Ady Voltedge President and CEO Janet Ady, gave a presentation to the Sheridan Area Economic Development Task Force Wednesday. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter was there and has the details.

A year ago the Wyoming Business Council hired Janet Ady to do a study and analysis on how communities in the state can better attract or recruit out of state businesses. The local task force recently engaged Ady to do a more in depth look at the Sheridan area specifically.

Ady has spent some of her time interviewing local businesses and elected officials and says that there are a lot of positives in the local economic development effort.

Ady stated to the Task Force that she felt that Sheridan is ready and has what it takes to attract businesses. Forward Sheridan Executive Director Jay Stender said Ady's statement was very reassuring.

Stender said that Ady will put her findings in document form, which will be used to help the Task Force recruit businesses to Sheridan.
