On Monday's edition of Public Pulse, the Business Leadership Network was represented to inform the community about who they are, and about a fundraiser coming up this Saturday, February 26th. Janelle Anderson is the Advisory Council Chair for Business Leadership Network, and explains what the organization does.
Anderson explains the difference between the BLN and the service providers like RENEW, Easter Seals or Jodi's Heart.
The organization serves to educate employers that disabilities are not always obvious, Anderson says.
A non-profit organization, the BLN will be hosting a dinner, Las Vegas Trip raffle and night of talent called “That's Entertainment.” It will be held at the Kalif Shrine Center beginning at 6 pm. Cost is $45 per person or $80 per couple. Your ticket will be entered into the raffle for a 3-night stay in Las Vegas, Nevada.
